I co-led the project with a fellow designer — envisioning a holistic estate planning service and breaking it down to actionable recommendations, facilitating workshops and delivering prototypes, and presenting findings to the C-suite.

Help establish a partnership between CIBC and will-creation vendor through design thinking.
